I had actually constantly believed that Seadoos were a creation of the late 1980s or early 1990s. In one feeling that is right. One of the most modern-day and considerable advancements in the location of PWCs took place post 1988. Back in the mid to late 1960s, the Canadian Bombardier family was hectic making the ever prominent Ski-Doo snowmobiles. The family began to toss around the idea of making a snowmobile that took a trip on water. After striking some style grabs they heard about an American lender turned inventor called Jacobsen that was having fun with a similar layout project. Since the first design was air-cooled, the hull wasn't big enough to get adequate air in to properly cool the engine. This was fixed in 1969, when they switched over to fluid cooling. The Bombardier household ran out of steam on this very first version of the Sea Doo, and they retired the concept for about twenty years.
